Lisa’s personal travel experiences are obvious and well appreciated especially with planning and understanding my needs and preferences. From the very first she went above and beyond to assure my first ever cruise was exceptional. I was reassured by Lisa’s patience with my many questions and helping me navigate the details of a first time cruiser. (Cabin selection, flights, embarkation, dining, etc.) I greatly appreciated the quick response when I had questions about a port change and excursion cancellation. Lisa made my trip so much easier and less stressful. I truly enjoyed my time thanks to her expertise and dedication to making my whole experience EXCEPTIONAL!
