Why Do I Charge Service Fees?
As your dedicated travel advisor, my goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free travel planning experience tailored specifically to you or your family’s unique needs. I charge service fees because the time, expertise, and personalized care I invest in crafting your perfect vacation are invaluable. Here’s what you get when you work with me:
Specialized Expertise
I’m not just a travel agent. I am a travel advisor who specializes in creating “off-the-beaten-path” International adventure travel experiences. I am a world traveler myself, who has learned much firsthand over the years, and I use this travel experience and knowledge gained first hand to assist my clients not only during the planning and booking stages of their trips, but every step along the way, in the event any unforeseen occurrences happen during their trip. I can give you travel insurance suggestions, travel visa requirements and assistance, vaccination recommendations, government advisory information, in addition to travel safety tips, packing tips and destination-specific information as needed.
In addition, I have undergone extensive training, earned licenses and certifications, and I continue my travel education knowledge on an ongoing basis, to stay on top of the latest news and trends in the travel industry.

I am available to assist you during the following times:
Weekdays: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM ET
Weekends: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM ET
Please feel free to reach out during these hours for consultations or assistance. If you contact me outside of these hours, I will respond as soon as possible during the next available time.
Communication Guidelines
Email is my preferred method of communication, as it allows me to provide detailed and accurate responses to your inquiries. I aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours. If you need urgent assistance, please indicate this in your email subject line, and I will prioritize your request.
While you are actively on your trip, I am available via WhatsApp for urgent matters.

What is included in Group Booking Services?

Optional Group Booking Add-Ons:
- Flight coordination $50 + HST / person
- Private excursion planning – customized pricing depending on group size

Payment Method
All payments must be made by credit card.
Payment Timing
Payments must be made in full before services are rendered.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
All agency professional fees are non-refundable, as they compensate for the time and expertise provided by your travel advisor.
All agency professional fees are in addition to the fees charged by tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, hotel suppliers, and any other travel service provider included with your booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking, for any reason, a $200 + HST cancellation fee will apply in addition to any supplier-imposed cancellation fees.
This cancellation fee is non-refundable.

Limitations of Liability
While I strive to provide the best possible service and ensure your travel experience goes smoothly, I am not responsible for issues or disruptions caused by third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Changes to flight schedules, delays, cancellations, or seat reassignments
- Hotel or accommodation issues
- Changes to attractions, park hours, or availability
- Weather-related disruptions or natural disasters
I will do my best to assist in resolving any issues that arise during your travels, but I cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond my control.
