I support clients during planning, booking, and throughout their travels if unexpected issues arise. I provide guidance on travel insurance, visa requirements, vaccination recommendations, government advisories, safety information, packing suggestions, and destination-specific details. I continuously update my skills through ongoing education, certifications, and training so you benefit from current insights.

Individual And Family Service Fees
All agency professional fees are separate from any charges imposed by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, or other travel suppliers.
Group Travel Services
Group travel requires additional coordination, supplier communication, and participant management. This section outlines what qualifies as a group, how pricing works, and what services are included.
What Counts As A Group
- Typically 10 or more travellers
- Same core dates and destination
- Applies to private groups, families, clubs, friend groups, and affinity groups
- Hosted or escorted arrangements available upon request
How Group Pricing Works
- Group professional fees are customized
- Fees are based on group size, itinerary complexity, travel dates, and level of support required
- Both per group and per traveller fees may apply depending on trip structure
- A written quote is provided after a brief discovery call
What Is Included In Group Services
- Destination and accommodation recommendations
- Supplier sourcing and group contract coordination
- Excursion consultation and recommendations
- Customized itinerary and excursion planning
- Booking, invoicing, and payment confirmation
- Management of key deadlines and group reminders
- Ongoing support and advocacy until travel is complete
Optional Add Ons
- Flight coordination - $75 per person plus HST
- Private excursion planning - customized pricing based on group size
- Onsite hosting or tour leader services - available upon request
Payment Terms For Groups
- All payments must be made by credit card
- A group professional fee deposit may be required before planning begins
- Participants may be billed individually or through a designated group leader
- Complimentary leader spots or supplier perks can be allocated or distributed across the group upon request
Group Cancellations And Changes
- Group professional fee deposits are non-refundable
- Individual traveller cancellation processing - $200 per person plus supplier penalties
- Individual changes after booking - $50 per person per change plus supplier fees
- If minimum group size is not met, supplier pricing may change
My Role And Support
- I serve as the primary point of contact for planning, coordination, and support
- I provide assistance during the group’s travels for urgent matters
- Additional hosting or onsite support is available if requested and quoted

Full Policy Details
Refund Policy
All agency professional fees are non-refundable. These fees compensate for the time, expertise, and personalized services provided during consultation, research, and planning. Supplier fees are separate and determined by the provider.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking for any reason, a $200 per person agency cancellation fee will apply. This fee is non-refundable and is in addition to supplier-imposed penalties. Group professional fee deposits are always non-refundable.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made by credit card. Payment must be received in full before any services are rendered. Groups may be subject to supplier deposit schedules and staged payments.
Urgent Support While Travelling
Clients actively travelling may contact me via WhatsApp for urgent matters that require timely attention.
Limitations Of Liability
I am not responsible for delays, changes, or issues caused by third-party suppliers. This includes flight disruptions, hotel issues, attraction closures, weather events, or natural disasters. I will assist to the best of my ability, but I cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond my control.
